These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the aeowin platform, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, and all gaming activities. By creating an aeowin account you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause herein.

Minimum Age: 21 Years Old. Access to and use of the aeowin Platform is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21 years. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operations in the Philippines. There are no exceptions to this requirement.
To be eligible to register and use the aeowin Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

Where duplicate Accounts are detected, all associated Accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and Real Money balances will be frozen pending review. You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your aeowin Account is accurate and up to date. If any registered details change — particularly your registered mobile number, email address, or bank account — you must update your account information promptly through the account settings or by contacting support. aeowin is not liable for any delays or failures caused by outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your aeowin Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. aeowin will not ask for your password or OTP at any time through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS.
You must take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to your Account, including:
aeowin is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. In the event of suspected unauthorized access, aeowin reserves the right to suspend your Account pending identity verification to protect your funds.
All deposits to the aeowin Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits may be made through the payment methods supported by aeowin at the time of deposit, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash or Maya, and ₱200 via bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change and the current minimums are displayed within the Wallet section of your Account at the time of deposit.
Deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your aeowin Wallet within seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the originating bank's processing times. aeowin does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees which are outside aeowin's control.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account holder and the aeowin Account holder are different individuals — are not permitted and may result in the funds being returned and the Account being flagged for review. aeowin reserves the right to refuse, hold, or reverse deposits where anti-money laundering checks require further investigation.

Withdrawal requests from your aeowin Wallet are subject to the following conditions and procedures.
No withdrawal will be processed from an Account that has not completed the full KYC identity verification process. Players are encouraged to complete KYC immediately following account registration to avoid any delays when winnings are ready to be withdrawn.
Withdrawals may be processed to payment methods that have been verified under your own KYC-confirmed identity. Where a withdrawal is requested while Bonus Funds remain active, aeowin may, at its discretion, require forfeiture of active Bonus Funds as a condition of the withdrawal being processed.

Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review thresholds or that arise from gaming patterns inconsistent with legitimate recreational play may be subject to extended review periods during which additional documentation may be required from the Player. aeowin is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine regulatory authorities.

Bonus eligibility is determined at aeowin's sole discretion and may vary between promotions. aeowin operates a VIP program with multiple tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Tier status is calculated based on cumulative net wager amounts over rolling periods as specified in the VIP Program terms. aeowin reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, and cashback rates at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
All games on the aeowin Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules are more specific to the matter in dispute.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aeowin's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your aeowin Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
aeowin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if aeowin has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
aeowin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended for maintenance, security updates, or regulatory compliance purposes at any time with or without advance notice.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes aeowin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Philippine law.
aeowin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion with or without advance notice, including but not limited to where:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than the Player's breach, any remaining Real Money balance (after deduction of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player through their verified payment method within a reasonable time. Where an Account is closed due to Player breach, aeowin reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where fraud or abuse is confirmed, to forfeit balances entirely.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting aeowin support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe, during which you may continue to access your Account. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method following closure.
aeowin collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the aeowin Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By registering an aeowin Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. The Privacy Policy describes what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored, and your rights as a data subject under Philippine law.
aeowin implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction. aeowin does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for platform operation (such as payment processing, KYC verification, and game provision) or where legally required by Philippine regulatory authorities.
These Terms & Conditions and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or your Account shall first be submitted to aeowin's customer support team for attempted resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through the support process within a reasonable time, it shall be referred to mediation or, failing resolution through mediation, submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
Where the dispute relates to a gaming or regulatory matter, aeowin's compliance with applicable PAGCOR regulations and the findings of PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes shall be given due weight in any subsequent proceedings.
aeowin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, aeowin will notify registered Players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by notification to the registered email address or mobile number on the Account.
The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the update notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.
